Your telegram February 26th Evacuees. It would appear that Camp would have to be constructed and though I will willingly receive Evacuees I shall require several weeks notice to prepare for them if and when you decide to send them please telegraph
(a) whether they would mix socially with small
retail shopkeeper class of which Chinese population here is componeù,
(b) scale of diet recommended,
(c) social standing of the majority.
